Moving on

Talking about “Moving on”…Most of us if not all, have experienced some form of loss and the feelings it goes with. Be it loss of love, a possession, a loved one or a job. This makes us vulnerable and exposes our emotions in a bare state where all primate characteristics surface, resulting in uninhibited behaviors and emotions. What takes us out of this emotional prison is acceptance. The more one is open to acceptance, especially of things that cannot be changed, the more we are able to heal and move on. May we all start practising the art of acceptance, to reduce the risk of depression, anxiety and grief. If it is not inherently built- in, in you, you can certainly practise until you grasp the sense. Start with this prayer: “LORD GRANT ME THE SERENITY TO ACCEPT THE THINGS I CANNOT CHANGE, ABILITY TO CHANGE THOSE THAT I CAN< AND ABILITY TO KNOW THE DIFFERENCE”……AMEN, I wish you all the best in your journey and I stand in the gap for you. LOVE & PEACE?✌️
